Try to find this in any cup: A perfect combination of a fruit-forward Ethiopian natural and a fruited Guatemalan, all in one. It is bright, sweet and luscious at medium roast. The dry fragrance is dominated by a honey-caramel sweetness, with some fresh pomegranate. The character of the fruit seems to depend greatly on the degree of roast, how long after roast the coffee is rested, and the temperature of the cup as it cools. But there is no question this has complex, clean fruit notes. There is a "nectar" quality to the cup as you let it cool or make cold brew.
