From Cajamarca at nearly 6,500 feet a collective of more than 1,000 farmers contribute their prized cherries of Bourbon, Catuai, Pache and Typica varietals to comprise a creamy, smooth blend. There are hints of orange zest that pop in and out of the medium blend, while at espresso you find that sweetened dark chocolate uprising.
