We are a small-batch roasterie. Translated, small batches can be discreetly  controlled for quality and development where large volumes usually are more difficult. But it does not mean we cannot meet the needs of volume.

Our beans are roasted on demand to ensure the freshest possible result at your end.  Our bags are valved and poly-lined to preserve that fresh-roasted taste for 4 weeks. Of course, freezing bags to be opened later will suspend that freshness indefinitely. 

We are nimble and quick to fill orders.  And we use flat-rate shipping for the lowest rates possible.
