A long-sought blend of long aftertaste, deep body and sweetened moutfeel is here. Half the blend are peaberries from Jamaica, offering a clean twist but a round richness.  Rich milk-chocolate fudge is deep with just the proper mount of brightness — with or without cream. It is a keeper for filter brew, AeroPress and siphon.  The espresso we tried was well-rounded and truffle-like without pushing the profile too dark.  It's a clean shot, perfectly bright but creamy rich.  It's just not bitter.  If you do anything at all, drink this as many ways as you can.
