Our long-awaited blend of sweet body, clear finish and long aftertaste is here.  Swoon: one sip should say it all.  Spoiler Alert: The mouthfeel is fudgey with a graham-cracker cleanliness — with or without cream, this is a keeper for filter brew, AeroPress and siphon.  The espresso we tried was well-rounded without pushing the profile into a darker realm.  It's a clean shot, excelling from Americano to latte.  It's just not bitter.  Most blends are 2 or 3 beans — this is 5.  We invite you to drink as much as you can and bend at the knees if you're a wee bit wobbly.
