This Brazilian peaberry unfolds wonderfully on the palate, with a distinct sweetness that leads to a smooth and semi-complex finish. Hinted vanilla bean rounds a mild nuttiness and thick milk chocolate, leaving you feeling as if you have "curled up to someone special," wrote one customer. As such coffees can, we ground this medium roast for a pour over for the most longing cup. Not one to overlook dark roast, we used that to make dazzling ristretto. This is where a smooth single-origin bean can shine without help, the crema carrying all the weight.
